Results may vary depending on individual health conditions. After IV treatment, improvements in vitality and immunity may be noticeable within a few days. For skin or scalp injections, regenerative and anti-aging effects typically begin to appear after 2–4 weeks.

An initial series of 2–3 treatments at 3–4 week intervals is recommended, followed by maintenance treatments every 6 months.

- Avoid aspirin or similar medications before treatment, as they may interfere with blood circulation.

- Washing, showering, and makeup are allowed starting the next day.

- Avoid using anti-inflammatory medications, steroids, or medicated patches for 2 weeks, as they may interfere with regeneration.

- Mild muscle soreness may occur; if needed, Tylenol can be taken for pain relief (consult your doctor before taking other medications).

- Avoid smoking, alcohol, saunas, and intense exercise for 2 weeks to support recovery.

- Bruising, swelling, or discomfort may occur but typically resolves within 1–2 weeks.
